the eric update - day 1055: odin's first proper garden.
well, we did have a garden of sorts last year, but we planted so little, so late last year ( due to the timing of moving ) that nothing really came of it. but this year, we're going full tilt and as you might guess odin has been happier than happy to lend a hand, preparing the soil, digging paths and planting the plants.
after each plant is carefully placed and the soil is mounded around the base, he pats the dirt down and announces, "grow with vigor!"

this site chronicles the continuing adventures of my son, odin, who was unexpectedly born on the fourth of july at 25 weeks gestation, weighing 1 pound 7 ounces.
