it's true, some of us consider the clam to be the perfect food.
for the life of me i can't figure out why kris or odin won't eat them.
since i didn't have a saltwater to steam them in, i opted to steam them in some tasty organic valley pasture butter, garlic and a splash of white wine vinegar.
yummy!
